Reineta Fish Burgers Recipe

Yum! Fish burgers. You can replace the Reineta (a kind of Pomfret) for any white fish that isn't too full of fat!

Recipe Ingredients for Reineta fish burgers

105 grams Medium Organic Eggs
1 serving Reineta
45 grams Onions
1 1/2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 1/2 grams butter
3 serving Roasted Cassava Flour

Recipe Directions for Reineta fish burgers

  1. Put your oven in medium heat for 15min while you prepare everything

  2. Chop the onion in small pieces and heat it in the microwave. Drain it and put in abig bowl

  3. Add the eggs and parsley and mix well

  4. With your hands, tear the fish into small pieces. It should look a bit like canned tuna fish. Drain in a colander

  5. Add the fish to the previous mix and mix well

  6. Add the cassava flour slowly while you mix well

  7. Put a tiny bit of butter in a nonstick cooking sheet

  8. Make the mix into 7 small patties, you can change the size and shape

  9. Bake in the oven for 10-15min, turn around and bake for another 10-15 min. It depends on how strong your oven is

  10. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for 2 to 5 minutes

  11. Enjoy!!
