Recipe Ingredients for Regular pizza dough

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cups warm water
1 pkg active dry yeast
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs sugar

Recipe Directions for Regular pizza dough

  1. yeast in warm water, five minutes

  2. mix one minute

  3. knead 10 minutes

  4. rise 90 minutes

  5. punch

  6. rest

  7. roll out
