Meatballs in sauce for sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients for Regular Meatballs

1 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp milk
6 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 cup water
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Regular Meatballs

  1. Make meatballs with ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, salt, & pepper.

  2. Fry in skillet.

  3. Set aside in another pot with sauce & paste & other ingredients.

  4. Fry sausage and green peppers in skillet.

  5. When done, place sausage & green pepper in other pot.

  6. Cook on low for 20 min.
