1/2 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 cup fat free Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon pineapple Juice
3 bananas
2 cup whole wheat Flour
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Regular Banana Bread

  1. MIX SUGAR, EGGS, OIL, SOUR CREAM, CINNAMON, SODA, POWDER, AND ORANGE JUICE. STIR WELL.

  2. 2. ADD BANANA, NUTS OR CHOCOLATE, AND FLOUR.

  3. 3. POURINTOAGREASEDLOAFPAN(121⁄2X41⁄2X4)

  4. 4. BAKE IN A 375 OVEN 50-60 MINUTES. IF USING SMALLER PANS, SHORTER TIME. (CHECK AT 45 MINUTES. CAKE TESTER SHOULD BE CLEAN)
