1 serving = 1/2 cup This is Mom's refrigerator pickles except I changed to sea salt.

Recipe Ingredients for Refrigerator Pickles

9 cups cucumbers, sliced
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup green pepper, sliced
1/8 cup pimentos, sliced
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Recipe Directions for Refrigerator Pickles

Slice cucumbers, add 1 tbsp. salt and set aside for 1 hour. Add onion, green pepper and pimento. To create brine, boil vinegar and sugar in saucepan for 1 minute to melt sugar. Add celery seed and mustard seed to brine and pour over all. Store in glass gallon jar. Set in refrigerator overnight before eating. Keeps for up to 6 weeks. Makes 2 quarts.
