63 g No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Refrigerator Oatmeal

Mix together all the ingredients in a jar or othe container. Let sit overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled with your favorite fruit.
