Super easy refrigerator dill pickles.

Recipe Ingredients for Refrigerator Dill Pickle

6 medium Kirby Cucumber
0.25 cup sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1 cup, sliced Onions
27 tsp Sweetener
20 oz Distilled White Vinegar
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Mustard Seed, Yellow
0.25 tsp Celery Seed

Recipe Directions for Refrigerator Dill Pickle

Clean and sanitize 2 pint size jars. bring all ingredients excpet cucumbers to a boil in a teflon coated pan (do not use a metal pan as the acid is reacitve). Cut pickles as desired (slices, wedges, or whole). Place cucumbers in jars and pour hot pickling solution over them leaving 1/4 inch headspace at top of jar. Seal jar, allow to cool for 2 hours at room temperature. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 24 hours before opening.
