Recipe Ingredients for refried black beans

490 g Unico Black Beans
120 g raw red onion (one small)
15 g raw garlic
5 ml hot sauce
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for refried black beans

  1. Sauté finely chopped onions and garlic in medium sauce pan.

  2. Add beans (one large can) including liquid. Mash beans with fork or potato masher.

  3. Add pepper and hot sauce to taste.

  4. Simmer about 20 minutes until thickened.
