Way better than canned, and no fats added.

Recipe Ingredients for Refried Beans

1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 large Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Refried Beans

  1. Rinse beans. Peel and coarse chop onions and garlic

  2. Place all in a pressure cooker and close lid. Place over high heat until pressurized. Reduce to simmer and cook 45 minutes at 15 pounds, 60 minutes at 10 pounds. Remove from heat and allow to depressurize at room temperature.

  3. Run mixture through grinder, food processor, or mash with a potato masher.

  4. Freezes well for at least 6 weeks.
