This is a healthy way to do re-fried beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Refried Beans

1 sweet potato
1/4 cup olive oil
344 grams black bean
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon chili powder
1 tea spoon on black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tea spoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Refried Beans

  1. Cook the sweet potatoes until they are soft, approximately 15 minutes

  2. Heat the oil and cook the onions until they are soft

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients (including the cooked sweet potatoes) and continue cooking until every thing is warm.

  4. But the mixture in the food processor.
