Recipe Ingredients for Refried Beans

2 lb Pinto beans
3 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Refried Beans

Rinse Dry pinto beans, drain. Put in large pot fill pot with water, add salt. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until beans very tender. Drain water from beans. Mash beans up pretty well. Add in vegetable oil simmer on medium heat stirring frequently until beans thicken.
