Recipe Ingredients for refried beans

4 c dry pinto beans
16 oz green chilies
8 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for refried beans

quick soak the beans... so put them in a pot covered bring to a boil and boil for 3min. Remove from heat and cover and let sit for an hour or more.. Drain after they have set, put fresh water over them. Add all your garlic sliced, and some salt for seasoning. bring to a gentle boil and crack the lid and cook until beans are tender.. If to much water is left take some away. REmove from heat add chilies and blend them in and then serve.. Blend till as smooth as you want your beans..
