Recipe Ingredients for Refried Bean Tortilla Melt

1 cup Refried Beans
5 tbsp low fat sour cream
5 tbsp Salsa
4 tbsp grated low fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup frozen spinach
2 whole wheat tortillas
3 tbsp Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Refried Bean Tortilla Melt

  1. Combine the beans, 2 tbsp each sour cream and salsa, lime juice and spinach, moisture squeezed out.

  2. Sandwich filling between two tortillas and put grated cheese on top.

  3. Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with remaining sour cream and salsa.
