Refried beans & cheese on multigrain tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Refried Bean Burrito

1 3/4 cups fat free refried beans (1 can)
8 T green chilies (1 small can)
1 tsp hot pepper oil
1/2 tsp onion, granulated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c carrots, julienned
4 multi-grain tortillas

Recipe Directions for Refried Bean Burrito

  1. Mix refried beans, chilies, hot oil, granulated onion, garlic cumin and hot sauce till well blended. Heat over medium heat in nonstick pan.

  2. Place tortillas in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until warm.

  3. Distribute bean mixture between tortillas. Top with 1/4 of the cheese and 1/4 of carrots.
