Recipe Ingredients for Refreshing yogurt pie

1 3/4 cups fat free yogurt
16 tbsp light cool whip
0.71 chocolate crumb crust

Recipe Directions for Refreshing yogurt pie

  1. The above amounts are incorrect, but were used to make calorie content accurate.

  2. Use 3 6 oz containers of nonfat yogurt. My favorite is Kroger's pina colada flavor (80 calories per container). Add to that 16 tbsp light whipped topping (20 cal per 2 Tbsp), stir together and pour into premade cookie crumb crust. You could use graham cracker or chocolate. Keebler's chocolate is 100 cal per each of 8 servings, which is what I used. Graham cracker is slightly more.

  3. pour yogurt mixture into crust, cover, and freeze until ready to serve. Serve frozen.
