Recipe Ingredients for refreshing cucumber slaw

1 large carrot, peeled into ribbons
1/2 large cucumber, peeled into ribbons
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp Splenda
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce, light

Recipe Directions for refreshing cucumber slaw

  1. peel carrot and throw away peel; continue peeling carrot into long ribbons.

  2. peel cucumber and throw away peel (unless you like the peel); continue peeling cucumber into long ribbons until you reach the seeds - throw away seeds.

  3. add rice vinegar, Splenda, and soy sauce, tossing gently.

  4. serve very cold.
