1 scoop Whey Protein
1 tbsp Regular Creamy
1/4 package Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Chocolate Puddings

Recipe Directions for Reese's Peanut Butter Light Protein Shake

  1. Add to bullet blender:

  2. 2 cups crushed ice

  3. 1 cup of almond milk

  4. 1 tbs of creamy peanut butter

  5. 1 scoop of chocolate or chocolate/peanut butter whey protein

  6. 1 tsp/1/4 pkg of instant pudding mix (sugar free, fat free) as a thickening agent

  7. Blend until smooth and creamy and enjoy.
