25 grams Bread, Pita, White, Unenriched
40 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for redyellow sandwhich

  1. Cook the omelette.

  2. On the half of a pita bread, stack ham, omelet, tomatoes, and ham again. Add a pinch of oregano over the tomatoes and a bit of salt for more flavour. Fold the other half of the pita piece over them.
