Traditional banana bread recipe with splenda and flaxseed.

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Sugar/Fat banana bread

1 3/4 c flour
2/3 c splenda
2 medium eggs
3 medium bananas (mashed)
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbs skim milk
1/3 c milled flaxseed
2 tbs smart balance spread

Recipe Directions for Reduced Sugar/Fat banana bread

  1. Combine 1/2 the flour and all the dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Add wet ingredients (except eggs) and mix for 2 minutes.

  3. Mix in eggs and remaining flour.

  4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
