Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat Version of Peach Cobbler (1.8 Cal/gm)

1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsps butter, melted
3/4 cup applesauce
2 cups peaches
2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Version of Peach Cobbler (1.8 Cal/gm)

Mix dry ingredients and 3/4 cup sugar; add melted butter and applesauce. Pour into greased baking dish and top with peaches. Sprinkle on 2 tbsps sugar and bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set.
