Pumpkin custard-type pie; low fat and low sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat and Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cup egg beaters
24 tsp Splenda Blend
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
5 oz non fat evaporated milk
2 cups skim milk
2 pie crusts

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat and Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Pie

Beat eggs in large bowl. In separate bowl mix Splenda, pumpkin, salt, cinnamon, ginger. Add this mixture to beaten eggs. Blend. Gradually whisk in milks. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
