1 pie crust
8 oz. neufchatel cheese, softened
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peppermints
8 oz. light cool whip

Recipe Directions for Reduced-Fat peppermint pie

  1. with mixer, beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy

  2. gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth

  3. stir in candy and red food coloring

  4. fold in whipped topping

  5. pour into prepared plate

  6. cover and freeze for 6 hours

  7. store leftovers covered in freezer
