Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Chip Brownies

536 grams Betty Crocker brownie mix
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
3 tbsp dark chocolate dreams peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Chip Brownies

  1. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions, but substitute applesauce for oil in the recipe.

  2. Stir in peanut butter chips.

  3. Pour batter into baking pan.

  4. Drop hot fudge into top of batter, and swirl with a knife to make a pattern.

  5. Lift pan 2" from table and drop, twice, to remove air bubbles.

  6. Bake brownies according to package directions. Works best in a 9x12" pan.
