Recipe Ingredients for Reduced fat Macaroni Cheese

250 grams Sainsburys Wholewheat Pasta Penne
1 tsp Pinch Of Herbs
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 grams Salt, Table
18 grams Cornflour
100 g Weightwatchers Reduced Fat Matured Cheddar cheese
450 Milk

Recipe Directions for Reduced fat Macaroni Cheese

  1. Boil pasta according to packet directions. Aim for al dente texture.

  2. Heat milk with herbs and seasoning until nearly at boil, stirring to prevent sticking.

  3. Blend cornflour with water to male a thin paste. Pour into milk, and bring to the boil, stirring, until it thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in 75g cheese.

  5. Mix with cooked pasta.

  6. Grate remaining cheese over the top and brown under grill.
