Mom's and my home made-up lasagna!

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat Lasagna

4 pc Mission Wide Lasagna
1.28 cup Traditional Italian Meat Sauce
1.2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Lasagna

  1. Make meat sauce day prior. Let sit in fridge overnight. Broil noodles, rinse with cool water to prevent sticking. Mix together cottage cheese, 1/4 cup shreaded cheese, dash of nutmeg and the egg. Gease square pan and layer as follows:

  2. Pasta sauce, noodle, cheese mixture, pasta sauce, noodle ,cheese mizture, noodle, pasta sauce and top with remaining cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, let cool for 5 minutes then serve and enjoy!
