Recipe Ingredients for Reduced fat ginger snaps

2 large Egg, White
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Molasses
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Reduced fat ginger snaps

  1. beat egg whites. Add sugar a little at a time. Add in oil and molasses. sift and mix together flour, soda, salt and ginger (1 Tbsp. -- couldn't be sure I transferred that to grams right!) and 1 tsp. cinnamon.

  2. Drop into 1 inch round balls onto GREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Note: 1 serving = 2 cookies
