An easy to make one dish chili. Make as hot or mild as you wish.

Recipe Ingredients for REDUCED FAT EASY CHILI

4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Ground Turkey, fat-free (99%)
6 cup Beans
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup Tomato Sauce
5 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for REDUCED FAT EASY CHILI

  1. Brown Beef and Turkey Together in Skillet. Drain

  2. Lightly Saute Chopped Onion and Bell Pepper. Remove From Heat.

  3. Heat the Ranch style beans and Tomato Sauce in large Saucepan.

  4. Add Chili Poweder, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Can add more or less of as you wish.

  6. Stir in the Browned Meat and the Onion and Pepper.

  7. Simmer and add any seasoning you wish.

  8. Serve.

  9. Goes well with crackers, and light sour cream and light cheddar.
