392 g double fudge brownie mix
2 tbsp canola oil
1 oz neufchatel cheese
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Double Fudge Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry mix with vegetable oil, neufchatel cheese, and egg whites blend.

  3. Add 1/2 cup cold water, mix to blend.

  4. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 pan.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes.

  6. Transfer onto a cooling rack, cool and savor!
