1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg white
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Reduced fat Chocolate Chip cookies

  1. Mix butter, brown sugar, regular sugar, and egg white together in bowl.

  2. Add flour and baking soda to mixture.

  3. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  4. Place tablespoon of mixture on greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until brown.
