A reduced fat version of yummy garlic cheddar biscuits (like from Red Lobster)

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

0.75 cup Fat Free Milk
4 tbsp Salted Butter
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
6.011 oz Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2.5 cup Bisquick Reduced Fat All-Purpose Baking Mix

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Preheat oven to 400. Combine bisquick with cold butter in medium bowl using a pastry cutter or large fork. Don't mix too thoroughly. Leave small chunks of butter pea sized. Add cheese, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix by hand until combined, but not over mixed. Drop approx 1/4 cup portions of dough onto ungreased cooklie sheet. Bake 15-17 mins until light brown. Melt 2 tsp of butter, stir in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and dried parsley flakes. Brush over biscuits. Makes 1 doz
