Fresh baked biscuits without hydrogenated fat! Yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced fat biscuits

2.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Soy Flour
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 oz Plain Nonfat
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 serving Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1 serving Iodized Salt
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Reduced fat biscuits

  1. Mix wet ingredients then stir in dry ingredients. Adjust flour as needed for right "biscuit" consistency.

  2. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or so.
