Recipe Ingredients for Reduced fat Banana Pancakes with Pecans and Coconut

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 large Egg, White
0.13 cup Natural Classic Flavors
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Toasted
1 oz Pecans, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Reduced fat Banana Pancakes with Pecans and Coconut

Mix together dry ingredients. Mash bananas and mix with milk, applesauce, egg whites. Add to flour mixture and combine with pecans and coconuts. Heat in skillet over medium heat. Keep finished pancakes warm in oven until all are cooked. Serve!
