Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Fat Baking Mix (small version)

3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
3/8 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 tsp nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Reduced Fat Baking Mix (small version)

  1. Mix the dry ingredient together.

  2. Add cold butter and oil. Incorporated with a pastry blender till small crumbs form.

  3. Refrigerate up to 3 months.

  4. Yield: 1 cup for use in a recipe.
