Pancakes have Whole Wheat Goodness with High Protein Content

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Carb Pancakes

1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Wheat Germ
2 ounces Protein Powder
1/8 ounce Equal
1/16 ounce Splenda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 cup Almond Breeze
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 ounce Benefiber

Recipe Directions for Reduced Carb Pancakes

  1. Combine All Dry Ingredients except the Benefiber in Large Bowl

  2. Combine all Liquid Ingredients in Small Bowl, then Disolve the Benefiber into the Liquid Ingredients

  3. Add the Liquid Ingredients to the Dry and Mix until just combined

  4. Cook on Medium Heat Griddle about 1 1/2 Minutes per side.
