Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Calorie Poppy Seed Chicken

1 lb chicken breasts
8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
8 oz. 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
112 g. Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tbs. smart balance light

Recipe Directions for Reduced Calorie Poppy Seed Chicken

  1. Cube and cook chicken. Add sour cream, soup and chicken together and put in a square glass baking dish. Mix crackers and poppy seeds together and cover chicken mixture with it. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
