4 tbsp pumpkin
4 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
1 pkt sweetener
1 pinch cinnamon

Recipe Directions for REDUCED CALORIE PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD

  1. Place all ingredients in small processor.

  2. Process (stopping to stir and redistribute often) until blended.

  3. Use for spreads or in recipes calling for peanut butter, like Asian noodles or hummus (see my spaghetti squash hummus recipe, no chick peas!)
