Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Calorie Key Lime Pie

7 low-fat graham crackers
3 tablespoons margarine, 37% light buttery spread
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
12 ounces evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup lime juice

Recipe Directions for Reduced Calorie Key Lime Pie

  1. Crush crackes and mix with butter and brown sugar.

  2. Put in a tart pan with removable sides. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

  3. Mix gelatin in cold water until dissolved. Cook on low heat until it melts. Mix milk and yogurt with lime juice add gelatin. Place in cooled tart and refridgerate for 2 hours.
