Inspired by rbinmar's beef casserole recipe, adapted to what I had on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Reduced Beef Casserole

10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
16 oz ground beef crumbles (80/20)
4 oz rotini, uncooked
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup progresso italian bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Reduced Beef Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, drain

  2. Cook macaroni for 7 to 8 minutes (drain when slightly underdone)

  3. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees

  4. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes making sure dish is covered

  6. Add breadcrumbs to the top, uncover dish and bake until breadcrumbs are brown
