12 fl oz Wine
1 cup Natural Goodness 100% Fat Free All Natural Chicken Broth Rtsb
15 oz Diced Basil Garlic and Oregano Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
2 cup, sliced Onions
1 lump (2 cubes) Sugars, Granulated
1.25 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
6 cloves, raw Garlic
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.084 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.13 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Red Wine Braised Beef Brisket

Brown brisket using olive oil in skillet. Add onions and cook until they are tender. Pull beef out of skillet and add diced tomatoes. Place beef in slow cooker. And all pre-sliced vegetables with beef. Add wine and chicken broth to cooker. Season with seasoning and finish with onion/tomato mixture. Cook for 4hours or until tender.
