Recipe Ingredients for Red, White & Blueberry Muffns

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Red, White & Blueberry Muffns

Preheat oven to 400degrees. Coat 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk eggs, yogurt, buttermilk, melted butter, and almond extract in medium bow. Stir into flour mixture until just blended. Gently mix blueberries. Spoon into prepared muffin pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
