Recipe Ingredients for red tuna sauce

1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 can Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
10 leaves Basil, Fresh
1/2 tablespoon Oregano
1 tbsp Tomato Products
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for red tuna sauce

  1. chop and fry the onions in the oil

  2. add the tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste and herbs.

  3. simmer for 15-20 minutes

  4. add the tuna

  5. serve with pasta, rice, quinoa or couscous
