0.5 cup uncooked Organic Whole Wheat Couscous (100% Organic)
10 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Solid White Albacore in Water
3 cup Broccoli
2 cup Frozen Green Beans
1 serving Thai Red Curry Sauce

Recipe Directions for Red Tuna Curry w/ Couscous

  1. In a medium sauce pan boil 1 cup water.

  2. Add vegetables and return water to a boil.

  3. Turn off heat. Stir in couscous. Cover for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in tuna and sauce.
