400 grams Broccoli
7 spear, extra large (8-3/4" to 10" long) Asparagus
2 serving Tesco Thai Red Curry Paste
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fry the mince garlic and green chilli with 2 tbsp of red Thai curry paste, and put all the vegetable which is cut into small pieces, then add a can of coconut drink milk and boil until the ingredients are cooked.
