Recipe Ingredients for Red Snapper with Tomatoes and Capers

8 oz red snapper
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 cup tomatoes
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for Red Snapper with Tomatoes and Capers

  1. Add oil to hot non stick oven safe pan

  2. sear snapper both sides

  3. add white wine

  4. add butter

  5. add lemon juice

  6. add capers

  7. add tomatoes cook until they pop

  8. place in oven for 7 - 10 minutes

  9. add basil to wilt

  10. toast pumpkin seeds add as a lovely crunchy topper
