Recipe Ingredients for Red Snapper with Sweet Mustard Marinade and Celery

12 oz Snapper
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 grams Kosher Sea Salt (Alessi)
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Red Snapper with Sweet Mustard Marinade and Celery

  1. Rinse and pat dry the snapper fillets

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Spray a skillet with pam. Place fillets in skillet and bring heat to medium high. Cook fillets about 5 minutes on either side. Remove them from skillet.

  4. Chop celery finely and add to skillet. Cooking until golden.

  5. On a bowl mix lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, vinegar and ginger. Drench fish fillets into the marinade and return to skillet.

  6. Cook fillets on top of celery for 10 more minutes, over medium heat, making sure to turn them constantly and stirring the celery to avoid burning it.

  7. remove from skillet and server. Pour any remaining marinade on top of fish and top with celery.
