Recipe Ingredients for Red Snapper & Shrimp Ceviche

1 pound raw shrimp
1/2 pound raw red snapper
1 cup tomato
1 cup lime juice
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp jalapeno
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 cup red onion
1 cup green pepper
1/2 cup jicama
2 tsp splenda
1/2 ounce chili oil
1/2 ounce garlic oil

Recipe Directions for Red Snapper & Shrimp Ceviche

  1. Cut shrimp and snapper into 1/4 inch dice and combine with lime juice.

  2. Add the splenda, chili oil and garlic oil, jalapeno, cilantro, basil, onions, tomato, pepper, jicama and garlic together. Toss lightly and marinate for 40 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish.
