Recipe Ingredients for Red Snapper with Lemon Butter

12 oz Snapper
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 1/2 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tsp Spices Parsley Flakes
1 scoop Stevia Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 oz dry white wine

Recipe Directions for Red Snapper with Lemon Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Season the fish with pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

  3. Sprinkle the onions and garlic in buttered ovenproof dish.

  4. Put the fish in the dish and sprinkle with the wine.

  5. Put the fish into the oven and cook for six to eight minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish) or until just done.

  6. Remove to warmed plates.

  7. Whisk the softened butter with the parsley, lemon juice and thyme.

  8. Beat in the cooking juices and serve on the fish immediately.

  9. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes
