Red Skin potatoes backed, seasoned with ranch, or taco or onion seasoning mix

Recipe Ingredients for Red Skin Potates - Baked

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Light Butter Salted

Recipe Directions for Red Skin Potates - Baked

  1. cut potatoes into small wedges

  2. layer in 9x13in pan

  3. sprinkle with olive oil and/or 2tbsp butter (cut and placed around potatoes)

  4. sprinkle with either taco seasoning mix or ranch seasoning (1/4-1/2 pkg) just to lightly coat potatoes

  5. Bake 375 - 45mins or until potatoes golden brown and soft
