745 grams Passata di Pomodoro
1 tbsp(15 g) Oil Olive Pure
7 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried

heat some oil and shallow fry the garlic.Add the rabbit chopped in pieces (approx 1.5kg).. Add the passata di pomodoro, add a pinch of salta and a pinch of sugar and some marjoram.. Bring to boil and leave to simmer on low heat for 1 hour or so.....
