just trying to figure out my counts,

Recipe Ingredients for red sauce 3/31

7 oz lean ground beef
0.33 cup onion
8 oz zuchinni
8 oz broccoli
8 large mushrooms
17 oz classico mushroom & ripe olive
3 oz non-fat feta

Recipe Directions for red sauce 3/31

  1. saute onion and meat

  2. add part of veggies fine chopped

  3. when meat cooks through add sauce

  4. when that heats up

  5. add rest of veggies

  6. cover so newly added bigger chuncks will steam.

  7. check veggies. not done? stir them in.

  8. almost done? add cheese of choice.

  9. i eat it with sprouted grain bread or whole grain crackers. i dont really like pasta.
